Official Rules for Intel Business Client Prize Drawing – Intel Developer Forum 2013

One (1) prizewinner (1 total over three days) will be chosen in one drawing held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 16:55 pm, at the Networking Plaza, IDF Technology Showcase, at the Intel Developer Forum in Moscone Center located at San Francisco, California, United States.

Who is Eligible: Attendees at the Intel Developer Forum held September 10-12, 2013 in San Francisco, California, United States, who are at least 18 years of age. No purchase necessary. Employees of Intel, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Complete an entry form for the “Embracing Consumerization” panel with your first name, last name, title, and company name, then drop the entry form into the drawing box provided at Intel Business Client Pavilion in the IDF Technology Showcase before September 11, 2013 at 1600. Entries must be submitted in person. Limit one entry per person. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received no later than 1600 on September 11, 2013. Intel is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected.

How to Win: Winner MUST be present at the Networking Plaza in the IDF Technology Showcase, during Intel drawing to win during the Intel Developer Forum 2013. One (1) winner will be determined at the end of the “Embracing Consumerization” panel at 16:59 in a random drawing conducted by an Intel representative from among all eligible entries and received by 1600. The drawing is administered by Intel whose decision is final on all matters related to the drawing.

Prize, Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning:One (1) Hewlett-Packard ElitePad 900 (retail value of $983.) will be awarded after the “Embracing Consumerization” panel at 16:59, at the stage in the Networking Plaza at the IDF Technology Showcase.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as a part of the prize. The prizes are provided “as is”, Sponsor makes no warranty or representation about the prizes, including but not limited to their quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner must look solely to the manufacturer for any such warranty. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries in the drawing.

How to Claim Your Prize: The prizes will be awarded. The winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify for the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Winner must be present at time of drawing at the Networking Plaza in the IDF Technology Showcase during Intel Developer Forum 2013 to win and will receive prize at the Intel Business Client Pavilion during the drawing.

General Rules

  1. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is required to complete any forms necessary for Intel to issue required tax documentation or otherwise comply with tax laws with respect to this prize drawing.
  2. Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitution is available, except that Intel reserves the right to substitute cash or a similar prize of equal or greater value should the prize listed be unavailable for any reason.
  3. Acceptance of the prize will constitute permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
  4. By entering the drawing, you release and agree to hold harmless Intel and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising, promotion, production and fulfillment agencies, successors and assigns from and against any liability of any kind in connection with the drawing, including without limitation any costs, fees, expenses or damages incurred in the use of the prize.
