  • Major contributing voice to overarching paid search strategy for B2B and B2C clients

  • Own the management of enterprise paid search programs

  • Provide deep platform knowledge to account managers and clients

  • Pro-actively solve tactical problems and see around corners to prevent them

  • Create strategic and tactical roadmaps to meet objectives using paid social platforms

  • Build insightful reports on the effectiveness of paid search campaigns and spend

  • Able to prioritize and focus with a high volume of requests

  • Major contributing voice to overarching paid search strategy for B2B and B2C clients

  • Own the management of enterprise paid search programs

  • Provide deep platform knowledge to account managers and clients

  • 4+ years in digital marketing strategy

  • 2+ years managing paid search tactics (enterprise preferred), including budget management.

  • Platform expertise in AdWords (certified preferred), including search, display, and video campaigns.

  • Campaign reporting, including the use of data to tell a successful story

  • Intermediate reporting platform knowledge (Tableau a huge plus)

  • Comfortable leading presentations from middle management to executive leadership

  • A firm grasp on tactical and industry best practices for paid media, with a focus on paid search.

  • Superb communication skills

  • Ability to see the forest from the trees

  • Confident in the midst of ambiguity

  • Unwavering curiosity in problem-solving

  • Eager and determined to learn and grow

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Commitment to generating measurable results
