Accountabilities
Accountabilities
Task Delegation: 20% – Creates clear expectations to the internal team based on strategic direction of Account Director and/or client. Includes breakdown of assignments into specific actions in Bonfire project management tools with all applicable details for timely execution.
Deadline Management: 20% – Communicates daily with Account Director to create realistic deadlines based on capacity and client expectations. Initiates high frequency of team communication around all due dates including scheduling meetings, strategy sessions and brainstorms as needed. Sees around corners to solve fulfillment issues before deadlines are compromised.
Client Documentation: 20% – Maintains current briefs, keeps files organized, and takes notes to ensure no detail is missed, including action items and next steps. Internally circulates client communication preferences and organizational changes in real-time.
Client Communication: 20% – Asks clarifying questions, compiles and deploys action items, and coordinates client meetings as needed. May infrequently stand in on client calls if the Account Director is on PTO or unable to attend.
Production-Related Tasks: 20% – Responsible for daily tasks as needed, including but not limited to content entry, tagging, auditing, metrics, and QA.
Other duties as assigned; percentage focus areas vary by client.
