THE CLIENT

Koru helps companies find the best job applicants using predictive analytics and assessment science. Their hiring software determines which personality traits drive top performers for specific job roles to identify candidates with the same indicators for success.

THE CHALLENGE

Koru wanted to engage their target audience with a low-stakes, awareness-stage asset valuable enough to warrant a prospect providing a small amount of personal information in exchange for insights. Due to time and budget constraints, they needed the new asset to be based on existing content and research.

Bonfire developed an interactive one-question quiz designed to pique the audience’s interest and introduce Koru’s predictive hiring capabilities. A short series of emails encouraged contacts to test their knowledge of how soft skills predict quality hires while also introducing Koru’s value.

By using progressive profiling and placing a conversion question between the quiz and the answer reveal, Bonfire was able to engage previously dormant contacts.

The first email of the campaign garnered a 36.8% quiz completion rate and engaged 300+ decision-makers within Koru’s database.

In total, the quiz had an overall 28.8% completion rate from the email series, giving Koru an audience ready to be nurtured through to consideration.
